1. Data controller

2. Data collected

MotoSpeed collects and processes the following data exclusively on the user's device:

• GPS location — for speed, navigation and speed-camera alerts. Data stays on the device and is not sent to external servers.
• Motion sensors — accelerometer and gyroscope for lean-angle calculation. Processed locally.
• Riding sessions — saved locally via SwiftData. Not synced with external servers.

3. Data transmitted to servers

The only communications with external servers are:

• Stadia Maps (Valhalla) — route-calculation service for turn-by-turn navigation. The start and destination GPS coordinates and the vehicle's current heading (if any) are sent. The data is not associated with any user identifier. More info: stadiamaps.com/privacy
• OpenStreetMap Overpass API — download of mountain passes and scenic peaks for the "Motorcycle Routes" feature. A geographic bounding box around the user is sent. No personal data is transmitted.
• Firebase Firestore — download and reporting of speed cameras in the surrounding area. The data transmitted is limited to approximate GPS coordinates and report type, with no personal identifier.
• App Store / StoreKit (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) — management of the Pro subscription and redemption of promo codes via the platform APIs. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.

4. Data NOT collected

MotoSpeed does not collect:

• Name, email, phone number or other identifying data
• Web browsing history
• Contacts, photos, messages
• Data for advertising profiling

The app contains no advertising and uses no third-party trackers (no analytics, advertising or social SDKs).

5. Data retention

Riding-session data is stored exclusively on the user's device and can be deleted at any time by the user (by removing sessions from the history or uninstalling the app).

6. Security

Communications with Firebase use the HTTPS protocol. Subscription data is protected in the device Keychain.

7. User rights

Since no identifying personal data is collected, there is no user profile from which to exercise rights of access, rectification or erasure. For any questions: info@motopath.it

8. Changes

This notice may be updated. The date at the top indicates the last update. Any material changes will be communicated via an app update.
