1. Acceptance

By using the MotoSpeed application ("App"), the user fully accepts these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

2. Service description

MotoSpeed is an iOS and Android application that provides motorcycle telemetry information for informational purposes, including GPS speed, lean angle, navigation and speed-camera alerts.

3. Limitation of liability

MotoSpeed is not a substitute for the vehicle's instrumentation. The data shown by the App is purely indicative and must not be used as the sole reference while riding.

• GPS speed may differ from actual speed due to weather conditions, satellite coverage or hardware limitations.
• The lean angle is an estimate based on consumer sensors and does not have instrumental accuracy.
• Speed-camera alerts are provided for informational purposes and may not be complete or up to date.
• Turn-by-turn navigation relies on third-party data: Apple Maps on iOS and MapLibre with Stadia Maps tiles on Android for map rendering, Stadia Maps / Valhalla for route calculation and driving instructions, OpenStreetMap for road data. Such data may contain inaccuracies.

The owner disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App. The user is always responsible for their own riding conduct and for compliance with the Highway Code.

4. Road safety

The App is designed to be used with the phone mounted in a fixed position on the vehicle. The user must not handle the phone while riding. Some features (settings, calibration, history) are locked while the vehicle is moving.

5. Pro subscription and Pass

• Using the App requires an active plan: the MotoSpeed Pro annual subscription or the 7-day Pass. Without an active plan the App's features remain locked.
• Purchases are managed via the Apple App Store on iOS and via Google Play on Android.
• Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account or Google account, depending on the platform.
• The annual subscription renews automatically on expiry unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Management and cancellation are done in the App Store or Google Play settings.
• The free trial period, if offered, automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end. It is available once per account.
• The 7-day Pass is a one-time purchase: it does not renew, is valid for 7 days from the moment of purchase and is not refundable for the unused period.
• Purchases are restored on devices linked to the same account through the App's "Restore purchases" function.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its source code, graphics and content are the exclusive property of Nicola Esposito. Unauthorised reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

7. Speed-camera reports

The community speed-camera reporting feature is provided in good faith. Users who report a speed camera undertake to provide truthful information. The owner does not guarantee the accuracy of community reports.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be modified at any time. The date at the top indicates the last update. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
